Day 60 and leg 18, Montréal - Québec
Finally some luck with the weather!

We started the day by visiting the annual Festival Mural. During this festival a number of buildings along and in the vicinity of Boulevard Saint-Laurent will get a face lift by some of the greatest street artists in the world.

Some of the above images are part of the official festival programme, some are not.

We had made an attempt to visit the Notre-Dame yesterday, but it had already closed for visits. Today it was open 13-16, so we were right on time to pay a visit inside!

Beautiful interiors!

Afterwards it was time to keep travelling east, now to Québec. (Yes, the name of the province and the city is the same, confusing.) We took the train at 18:25 from Montréal’s Gare Centrale. I saw a Canadian film called Last Night onboard - streaming
services such as Youtube and Youku are blocked, but VIA Rail offers an entertainment portal. WiFi worked, apart from the blocked sites, really well! The film was also interesting, certainly not a waste of time.

Arrived in Québec at 21:54!
